Job description
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems and associated components, including Pumps, valves, motors, cylinders.
- Disassemble, clean, and inspect hydraulic systems and pumps to determine the extent of damage or wear.
- Replace or repair faulty parts using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Test and calibrate hydraulic pumps to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hydraulic Repair Technician or similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, and associated components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
